Groove Engraved Glass
D&W is among the few domestic fabricators equipped with advanced in-house v-grooving technology, delivering precision-machined grooves with a range of finish options. This process enhances the character of glass, introducing depth, line definition, and reflective detail that elevate its use in decorative mirrors, decorative doors, and bespoke cabinetry.
Grooving takes standard glass and redefines it into a functional design feature for any application.
Capabilities
Customer can specify the groove shape (V, U, flat) and finish (polished, semi-polished, or unpolished/frosted). Customer supplied files are helpful for exact specifications but parts can be programmed by D&W upon request.

GROOVE PROFILE: V, U, or Flat
GROOVE FINISHES: Polished (clear), Unpolished (frosted), Semi-Polished (frostlines w/ polished groove and semi polish)
ACCEPTABLE FILES: DXF, CAD, and DWG.
